Odie has a diverse background that includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, a stint as a government affairs and public relations specialist for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana and early managerial experience in the service industries. In 2017, he obtained a Master of Science degree in family financial planning from Montana State University, Bozeman. Because of this background, Odie has a strong understanding of a broad range of areas: Economics, business, markets, politics, asset allocation, financial counseling and estate planning.
A native of Havre, Montana, Odie now calls Helena home along with his wife Stacey and their two daughters. Odie is a sports enthusiast, audiophile and talented mixologist. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and billiards, working with wood, and reading a book when things truly slow down.
